I just noticed today that in addition to the other TV series you mention in this post, of which I’ve only seen Stargate and Virgin River, this cabin also features in a scene of a 2024 episode of the show “Resident Alien”.

I am not sure this is true. Much earlier this century I went on an organized trip from Victoria to Ikea on the mainland and the leader was a woman who told us her husband worked for Shaw and belonged to the mystery hand that occasionally stoked the fire.

Oh so sad, poor Laura trying to make her way after being lured over here by a violent control freak. Ended up murdered at 35.
