Don’t recall that name, there were a few older members of the crew who in those days were always looked after. They were given less physical activities such as looking after the tool crib or running the threading machine while the younger members did the heavy lifting.

That Italianate building would be THE showpiece of any city, i have a pic of the Moose and Buffalo heads that encircled just below the roof garden where 4 men are on its head!

Worked in the most beautiful building in all of Vancouver the Marine Building for six years. Built after the opening of the Panama Canal siting the importance of Vancouver needing an Iconic Building for its future port.
