I dunno, u get a lot of transients with mental health issues living in rooming houses. Almost anything can make them snap and they’re almost impossible to track since they don’t have fixed addresses and credit histories!

The absence of these conversations suggests there was no rape and that she was killed for revenge. If that is true, then clearly, her own writings are the “key” to who would have a reason to be angry at her enough to kill her.
