I used to walk by there every day to work and they pulled out an old wooden wheel, and a lot of old bottles that had been once thrown off the pier.

Hi Eve! Howz Adam??? 😛 I read a few years ago that False Creek used to reach Clark Dr! That was all filled in at some time before 1959 when our family moved to Vancouver from Windsor,Ont. I’m familiar with the Clark Dr./Terminal st area bcuz Nickel’s Cartage depot was close to 1st ave./Clark Dr. I worked driving truck out of there circa 1977-1980ish.
