Just an interesting fyi that I believe is true. In the 60,s clarke simpkins brother, so he said,lived in secehelt.i met him as he built my in laws
Stone fireplace and chinmey,there is still a simpkins road in sechelt.
It would be interesting to know what % of vanciuver land is owned by old vancouver families.
My godmother was a walker
Walkem machinery
Gulf of georgia towing
Ray Michelle
Stafford burn
There dock was in false creek
The tow boats were named after the girls
Gulf joan,ivy,jean
The company is now owned by the Washington group( usa)
They also bought cates towing the old north van famiky owned company.
